Accessibility

1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website — and the websites and software we build for clients — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we define good work, not an afterthought.
2. Conformance status
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This website has been built and tested to substantially meet that standard. “Substantially meets” means the site largely conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA, though some content may not yet fully conform; where we find gaps, we fix them.
We test using a combination of automated tools (such as Lighthouse and axe) and manual checks — keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks, and colour-contrast verification. Automated testing alone cannot catch every issue, so manual review is part of every release.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and a logical, sequential heading structure
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link
- Text and interface colours that meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — animations are reduced or removed when requested - Descriptive names for links and controls, and alternatives for non-text content
- Core content that remains readable and usable without JavaScript
- No cookie or consent pop-ups to navigate — the site sets no cookies
4. Client work
We build the websites and platforms we deliver for clients to the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard. For institutions and regulated professionals, this also helps meet obligations under EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain:
- Content on external websites we link to is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
- Third-party tools or embeds a client chooses to add to their own site are managed by them.
- Older linked material, such as some PDFs, may not fully conform.
6. Feedback
If you encounter any barrier using this site, or need information in a different format, please tell us — we treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond within 2 business days.
